1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the sale of digital products (treasure hunt PDF kits) on the website tresorkids.com, operated by TresorKids.

2. Products

We sell digital files in PDF format, intended to be downloaded and printed by the customer. Each kit includes riddles, a map, a diploma, and a parent guide.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD or EUR depending on locale. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order is the final price.

4. Order and payment

Payment is processed via Stripe (secure card payment). The order is confirmed once payment is approved. The PDF is automatically sent by email to the address provided during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic (via email). The PDF file is sent immediately after payment confirmation. If you don't receive it, contact bonjour@tresorkids.com.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium where execution begins with the consumer's consent. By purchasing a PDF kit, the customer agrees that delivery starts immediately and waives the right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual property

All content (text, illustrations, layout) is the exclusive property of TresorKids. Purchasing a kit grants a license for personal and family use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

TresorKids cannot be held liable for the use made of the kits by the customer. Activities should be performed under adult supervision.

9. Personal data

Collected data (email address) is used solely for product delivery and is not shared with third parties. See our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
